Stop Dumping Your Dead Animals in the Alleys

Hobart must have been a pleasant place to live, in 1921, with dead animals in the alleys and garbage in the streets …

Not that I would hope so, but I'd rather that be the case than people callously tossing their beloved deceased pets in the alley as if they were just garbage.
