The Wabash Near Layffatte (WWI-Era Photo Album)

The handwritten note behind this photo reads:
Wabash River From 'Trail' near Layffatte. July (21 - 28)
And by "Layffatte," I suppose one is to understand "Lafayette." So apparently "Myself" took a little trip and shot some scenic beauty with his camera. And if I know "Myself," he probably shot some other things with his gun.

On the next page are two photos, unidentified because the note behind the first is glued in too well to read. But if you ask me, they look like the Wabash near Layffatte. Or maybe the Deep River near Harbto.

Unknown river, 4a, 4b
