Order in the Court!

I wish these "Local Court Notes" gave more of the juicy details.

We know all the people in the first case. The last I heard, Nathan Bosen was renting Elmer Arment's new house on S.R. 51.

In the swearing case, I guess the point of where he lived was that the swearing wasn't done within Hobart city limits.

And of course we know Harry Cole, alias Harry Breyfogle. But I'm not sure which of the local John Petersons was suing him.

-Do you know why Harry Breyfogle was also know as Harry Cole? Was it because he'd had a foster family?

-I wonder what John Gubis said that was so so bad.

-Harry Breyfogle had been raised in the home of Edward and Ella Cole, south of Ainsworth: http://ainsworthindiana.blogspot.com/2012/11/heres-something-about-harry.html ("from early childhood" according to his foster grandmother's obit: http://ainsworthindiana.blogspot.com/2014/12/south-of-deepriver.html), but this is the first I've heard of his using their name.

-Me too.

Thought it was that :) Did you ever find out where Mable and Harry were buried? They're not on Find a Grave.

No, I don't remember ever finding that out.
